Our company was originally created out of a need for high-quality flight training after recognizing a major deficiency in the level of training at which ab initio pilots were 'delivered' to airlines.

The original MPS FSTD specifications were made to address this deficiency by providing a high-quality simulator based on a real transport-category aircraft, a Boeing 737 Next Generation, at a cost affordable to Flight Training Organizations (FTOs). Early on in the design phase, it became apparent that our target should be a type-specific device which is at such a high level that type rating credits can be applied.

During the design phase, constant input from a wide range of flight instructors and airline pilots is used to not only provide a highly accurate level of simulation but also the best training tool and user experience possible.

Because our FSTDs are still heavily grounded in a quality training philosophy, we do not just provide a device but also the training tools to maximize its usage. We have partnered with leading FTO / TRTO European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) in The Netherlands to provide a total training solution.

A simulator is never an end in itself, it is a means to provide flight training. With this in mind, we continually strive to enhance the quality of flight training by providing an optimal simulation experience.
